ANGLIA RUSKIN UNIVERSITY
The Centre of Excellence for Equity in Uniformed Public Services (CEEUPS) at Anglia Ruskin University is a research hub focused on equity, inclusion, and wellbeing across services like police, fire, ambulance, prisons, and the military. Backed by £11.3 million in funding, it tackles issues such as discrimination, harassment, workplace culture, and psychological safety, aiming to drive real, lasting change in how these vital services support both their staff and the public.
HOW DID WE CONNECT
We’re always over the moon to connect with local businesses and Anglia Ruskin was no exception. Jason first reached out to us to help create content for the launch of CEEUPS, a research centre focused on equity, inclusion, and wellbeing within uniformed public services. The first request was for headshot photography, and from there our relationship has grown. Since then, we’ve helped with lifestyle office shots and even created a virtual tour.
WHAT DID WE DO?
The brief from Anglia Ruskin was to capture the CEEUP team’s headshots in a professional style, while still letting their personalities shine through. No stiff, awkward poses here, just natural, approachable shots that show the people behind the titles. The aim was to make them look polished but still them, and that’s exactly what we set out to do.
