We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketer to take charge of creating and managing content across various social platforms for our clients, as well as for SALT’s own social presence. You will be responsible for designing campaigns, running paid advertisements, and measuring their effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact and develop your skills in other areas of the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage, create and schedule content for clients and SALT’s social media channels.
• Collaborate with our studio team to create high-impact and visually striking content.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Attend client meetings, both in-person and remote. Proactively suggesting new ideas and concepts.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with our team to align social strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and running successful paid ad campaigns.
• Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable results from paid social campaigns.
• Creativity in content creation with a keen eye for design and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A full, clean driving license is required for this role.
• Any other visual content / studio skills, such as photography, video production, editing or design are a plus but not essential.

Salary Expectations: £28,500 – £32,500 depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time will be considered, flexible working available and encouraged.
