Project & Marketing Assistant

Hours: Part-Time (16 hours per week) / Maternity cover

Our key services include commercial photography, video production, animation, and social media management. Having recently undergone a very successful rebrand, 2023 is all about growth and business development here at SALT.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative (AND organised… do they exist?!) Project & Marketing Assistant to join our team for a temporary period of maternity cover. We would very much hope the role could be extended but this is not confirmed at this stage.

Job Description

– Maintain company CRM systems daily from a marketing viewpoint and ensure all sales information is inputted.

– Create and schedule content for our own social media channels, alongside minimal content creation for a small number of clients.

– Maintain and nurture relationships with retainer clients through social media reporting, Zoom calls and email check-ins.

– Manage the Google Calendar, shoots, meetings etc.

– Review and respond accordingly to all enquiries and prospective leads.

– Assist with the monthly management of our Google ad’s account (non-client)

– Assist with any new required marketing content I.e., newsletters, blogs, or web pages.

– General housekeeping i.e., organising the Google Drive, archiving etc.

– Attend client meetings and take detailed notes on the project in question. Implement necessary actions and tasks to the team following a consultation.

– Send follow up communications to potential clients who have shown interest in our services or been sent a quote.

– Collaborate with the Company Director on different internal projects, such as assisting with organising team social events, keeping on top of the office/studio space and other ad-hoc tasks.

– Answer the phone.

Details

-Monday to Friday

– Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

– 16 hours per week (11 month contract)

-Ability to commute/relocate: Colchester, CO1 2ZF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

-Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

-Experience: Digital marketing: 2 years (required)
